About this role

This is a remote position.
The Product Analyst will support product teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve product performance and user experience. This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in product strategy, analytics, and digital product development.
Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze product and user data to generate insights.

• Support tracking of key product metrics and KPIs.

• Assist in creating dashboards and reports for product performance.

• Work with Product Managers to understand business questions and translate them into data analysis.

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.

• Support A/B testing and experiment tracking.

• Document findings and present insights in a clear and structured way.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support data needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience (internships or academic projects included).

• Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and reporting abilities.

• Interest in product development and user behavior analysis.

Technical Skills

• Basic SQL knowledge for data querying

• Spreadsheet tools (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Basic data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Understanding of product metrics (DAU, MAU, retention, conversion)

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)

• Basic understanding of product lifecycle and Agile teams

• Exposure to Jira.
