A Snapshot

As Procurement Manager Operations based in our office in Melbourne, you will report to the Portfolio Category Manager – Operations, and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:

• Shape the procurement strategy that ensures our facilities operate efficiently, reliably, and cost effectively.

• Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, supplier engagement, and operational procurement processes.

• Secure and manage strategic supplier agreements that support AirTrunk’s growth trajectory and evolving operational needs.

Your Day to Day

• Owning and managing end-to-end procurement activities (including RFx) for operational projects ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods and services.

• Developing, issuing, and overseeing tender processes: scopes of work, bid packages, evaluations, recommendations and awards.

• Leading contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and ongoing supplier/contract administration.

• Supporting the development of category strategies to deliver safe, high quality and cost-effective outcomes.

• Manage a portfolio of strategic suppliers across APAC, strengthening relationships and performance.

• Conducting market research to identify cost drivers, risks, trends and opportunities.

• Ensuring all procurement activity complies with local laws, regulations and AirTrunk governance.
