Successful candidates will proactively apply engineering and problem-solving skills to meet challenging safety and business objectives while seeking out leadership and growth opportunities. Candidates must have high technical acumen, be self-motivated, independent, organized, able to work effectively under direction of senior engineers, and handle multiple work assignments and projects.</span></p> <h4><strong>Position Requirements: </strong></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Managers: </strong>10-15+ years’ experience required; ability to develop and lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, develop business and utilize strong project and people management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Engineers / Consultants:</strong> 5-10+ years’ experience; self-motivated, independent, organized, able work effectively under direction of senior engineers, handle multiple work assignments and projects and seek professional growth and development.</span><br><br></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>All Roles:</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">BS/MS in related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety) or associated science degree.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Relevant experience in process safety management, health, safety and environment (HSE), related experience in process or engineering design environment, manufacturing operations, and/or consulting environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to develop consulting business, including developing proposals and making presentations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Self-motivated, independent, strong leadership and organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and client service.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills and a consultative approach in supporting customer projects.</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What’s Preferred</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ideal candidates will be “Seller Doers” with existing client connections and an ability to generate new business.<strong><br></strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience in developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in developing, writing, and implementing PSM plans, procedures, design philosophies, design bases, engineering…
