The Process Expert plays a key role in optimizing production processes, leading new product introductions, and improving plant performance across liquid and solid chocolate processing operations.

Jobomschrijving

* Lead new product introduction (NPI), process transfers, and factory trials
* Optimize production lines to improve throughput, reduce waste and losses
* Define and implement process standards, work instructions and recipes
* Collaborate with R&D, quality, engineering and operations teams
* Analyze process performance and identify continuous improvement actions
* Support and coach shopfloor teams on best practices and standards
* Manage process validation linked to chocolate liquid & solid processing
* Drive product industrialization and ensure compliance with quality standards
