Do you enjoy optimizing production processes and turning technology into tangible results on the shop floor? At Beaulieu, we are looking for a Process Engineer (Fibres) who strengthens operations through engineering, automation and continuous improvement.

What you will do As Process Engineer (Fibres), you act as a key specialist in process development, technology implementation and operational improvement. You translate technical knowledge into practical solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and support the evolution towards smart, data-driven operations.

Your responsibilities include:

* Developing practical solutions and methodologies to improve operations * Implementing and optimizing systems such as MES and data mining to ensure efficient, reliable processes * Contributing to technology-driven projects * Supporting production in preparation, process development and optimization to ensure stable quality * Coordinating manufacturing requirements and conducting operational walkthroughs * Staying up to date with emerging technologies and applying them where relevant
