*Delivering high-quality lithography processes in a 300mm fabrication environment for both customer projects and imec’s internal research programs, with a primary focus on immersion, EUV, and KrF lithography technologies, while ensuring manufacturability requirements are met.*

**What you will do**

As a Lithography Process Development Assistant, you will be a member of the Process Efficiency Team, part of the Advanced Patterning Department. This department is responsible for material screening and the development of advanced lithography processes. These activities support process integration teams involved in imec's CORE programs, Joint Development Projects, internal advanced patterning initiatives, and technology transfer projects, with a strong focus on cycle time and operational excellence.

As a Lithography Process Development Assistant, you will be responsible for:

* Analyzing and discussing lithography process development requests.
* Creating and maintaining process flows to enable lithography experiments on complex process stacks and supporting colleagues in process flow development.
* Delivering high-quality lithography processes for both imec internal programs and external customers.
* Defining and executing process, equipment, and material development projects in collaboration with equipment and material suppliers within cross-functional and cross-company teams.
* Documenting, qualifying, and transferring lithography processes to imec’s pilot production line.
* Working closely with Basic Process Step Owner (BSVs) and colleagues in a rotating five-shift system to maintain cycle time performance and ensure efficient workflow execution.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, process robustness, and customer satisfaction.
