As a Process analyst officer your responsibilities are:

* Taking ownership of assigned business processes and ensuring they remain aligned with business objectives, internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
* Coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating closely with stakeholders from Sales, Product, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
* Supporting the design and enhancement of digital customer journeys and operational processes to improve customer experience.
* Preparing process documentation, procedures and governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
* Acting as a key point of contact between business and support teams to facilitate operational efficiency and successful project delivery.
* Developing communication and training materials to support the implementation of new processes and best practices.
* Monitoring process performance, identifying operational risks and contributing to sustainable business growth.
