You’ll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs.</p> <h3 data-start="944" data-end="1158"><strong> About the Client</strong></h3> <p>This client is a sweet 82 year old male who is a left leg amputee and is seeking assistance, ensuring his CPAP machine remains on and his bedding is managed, <strong>while maintaining appropriate nail length</strong> and hygienic environment to prevent skin irritation due to his tender skin condition. This position requires extreme attention to detail and a commitment to "awake" shifts.</p> <p></p> <h4 data-start="944" data-end="1158"><strong>Schedule & Consistency </strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Shifts:</strong> 7 days/nights per week (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).</li> <li><strong>Team Structure:</strong> We are looking for exactly two aides to share the full weekly schedule.</li> <li><strong>Commitment:</strong> The client does not utilize fill-ins; we require a consistent, long-term commitment from the selected team.</li> </ul> <p></p> <h4 data-start="944" data-end="1158"><strong>Key Requirements</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>CPAP Monitoring:</strong> Ensure the CPAP machine remains properly positioned and functional throughout the night.</li> <li><strong>Mobility/Comfort Support:</strong> Assist with retrieving and repositioning blankets and pillows to maintain comfort.</li> <li><strong>Skin Integrity Protocols:</strong> Due to extremely tender skin, caregivers must maintain <strong>natural, short, and smooth nails</strong>. No fake, sharp, or pointy nails are permitted to prevent accidental injury.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Critical Expectations</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Strict "No-Sleep" Policy:</strong> This is an awake shift.
