This is a highly technical, individual contributor, hands-on role focused on developing the core services, transaction infrastructure, and blockchain connectivity layers that power digital asset products at scale. You will implement secure, high-throughput backend systems supporting wallet operations, asset transfers, transaction orchestration, service providers integrations, and blockchain interactions. Working across distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and modern Web3 technologies, you will help shape a platform that bridges traditional financial services with digital assets.<br><br></span></p> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">What You'll Do</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Implementation design, develop, and operate core services for the DriveWealth Web3 Platform (DW3).</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build highly performant, fault-tolerant and secure distributed systems supporting digital asset transactions and crypto wallet operations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop API-first services integrating blockchain networks, service providers, and financial systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build transaction orchestration, reconciliation, settlement, and asset movement workflows.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop secure services leveraging cryptographic signatures, key management, and authentication controls embracing zero trust architecture principles.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain and produce technical documentation and testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Improve platform observability through metrics, tracing, logging, and OpenTelemetry instrumentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Optimize application performance, resiliency, scalability, and operational efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical leadership, and delivery best practices.<br><br></span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You Bring</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">8+ years of software engineering experience…
