We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Business Partner focusing on Retail domain as the company’s business grows exponentially.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish ambitious goals for the team and oneself, implementing concrete plans to achieve them, even in ambiguous or complex situations</p> </li> <li> <p>Track the metrics and analyze their trends & results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide constant feedback to stakeholders, raise a flag, and recommend corrective measures to deliver WOW results</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform root cause analysis by retrieving the right data and diving deep</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>7-12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p>Retail / Commercial Finance Partner experience (required)</p> </li> <li> <p>Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong Excel skills (required)</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal)</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>MBA</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong SQL and PowerBI…
