That said, every hiring decision is made by real Twilions!</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">.</span></p></div><p><strong>See yourself at Twilio</strong></p> <p>Join the team as Twilio’s next Principal Product Manager: Talent Acquisition & Management Applications.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the job</strong></p> <p>This position is needed to lead the development and enhancements of our talent lifecycle applications across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employee Listening, such as Workday, Eightfold and Qualtrics. The Principal Product Manager will work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and program owners to drive innovative technical solutions and ensure timely delivery aligned with enterprise talent strategies.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Product Strategy & Platform Ownership</li> <ul> <li>Own the product strategy and roadmap for talent lifecycle applications such as Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics, HackerRank, and bespoke TA applications, i.e HackerRank.</li> <li>Partner closely with COEs, program owners, HR leadership, and other stakeholders to capture business needs, define success criteria, and align product vision.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, testing, and deployment.</li> <li>Translate business needs and priorities into clear product direction and capability roadmaps.</li> <li>Provide product leadership for AI-enabled capabilities, including talent intelligence, matching, and skills-based career pathing & inference, ensuring alignment with business processes and policies.</li> </ul> <li>Delivery Excellence</li> <ul> <li>Provide clear direction on priorities, sequencing, and scope to delivery teams, enabling aligned execution against roadmap objectives.</li> <li>Lead definition of product requirements and capability design, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications for delivery teams.</li> <li>Champion Agile processes, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning to ensure consistent delivery.</li> <li>Own user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and validation, defining success criteria, guiding test scenarios, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements prior to scaled deployment.</li> <li>Lead and orchestrate proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs for new capabilities (e.g., AI-enabled solutions), partnering with delivery teams to validate feasibility, business value, and scalability before broader rollout.</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to evaluate pilot outcomes and inform roadmap priorities, balancing innovation with operational readiness.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with organizational standards around data security, privacy, and governance.</li> </ul> <li>Vendor & Customer Relationship </li> <ul> <li>Build strong vendor relationships, managing third-party partnerships, feature adoptions and rollouts, and integrations seamlessly.</li> <li>Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.</li> <li>Communicate product updates and changes effectively to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <p>Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply.
