Compensation Snapshot Employment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation USD $1,500–$2,200 per month, depending on experience, UX leadership capability, portfolio quality, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role. Performance Incentives Monthly performance incentives based on product quality, customer experience improvements, innovation, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable product outcomes.

About the Role As our Principal Product Designer, you'll lead UX and UI strategy across multiple digital products while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. You'll own the complete product design lifecycle—from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, user testing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch optimization. This is an AI-first product leadership role. We're looking for someone who actively embraces AI as part of their design process and continually explores better ways to create exceptional user experiences.
