This Search Product Leader role will be hands-on and potentially involve building out a team of product managers focusing on the Search ML stack. This role will focus on Search experience in Coupang’s Taiwan market.<br>As a Director/ Principal of Product Management, you will ensure the teams deliver the highest-quality products and services predictably while meeting technical needs. You will guide both strategy and tactical decision-making to deliver complex cross-team programs. You will also partner with stakeholders and managers across Coupang to help support the strategic deliverables while working with engineering to support significant technical efforts.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"134245417":false}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What You Will Do</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"134245417":false}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Define the strategy for our Taiwan Search and Discovery stack to provide a delightful experience while directing day-to-day execution towards that vision.</li> <li>Hire and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers & Product Analysts with deep expertise in ML-based systems. Background in Search ML is a definite plus.</li> <li>Review metrics regularly and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms to improve performance visibility and optimize the Search and Discovery product portfolio.</li> <li>Work with stakeholder to develop innovative solutions for their business problems.</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"134245417":false}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Basic Qualifications</span></strong><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"134245417":false}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>10+ years of experience in ML product management, including developing, delivering, and executing on a strong product vision.</li> <li>Experience working on Search and Discovery customer experiences/ML stack.</li> <li>Analytical thinker who works well in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, cross-functional, and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture.</li> <li>Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done.</li> <li>Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others, including executive-level reviews.</li> <li>Ability to think strategically and at the same time stay on top of tactical execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong><span…
