Partnering closely with the Creative Director, you'll build and govern the systems that keep our visual identity consistent, scalable, and accessible across every touchpoint, while staying hands-on with the craft you love: design systems, motion graphics, web design, and brand storytelling. You'll play a central role in our brand refresh and modernization efforts, and your work will connect Marketing, Product, and Development around one unified creative vision.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In this role you will:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead the development, governance, and evolution of Edmentum's design systems and Figma component libraries</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Shape and maintain the brand guidelines and visual identity that define how Edmentum shows up in the world</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design scalable, accessible web experiences, templates, and UI solutions</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create standout marketing assets across digital, social, email, web, presentations, events, and print</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner across Product, Development, Marketing, and content teams to bring one consistent brand to life everywhere</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bring stories to motion through animation, motion graphics, and video</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Champion smarter workflows, stronger documentation, and AI-enhanced design practices</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have 10 or more years of experience spanning graphic design, brand design, creative marketing, design systems, and UX/UI design</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are a Figma power user with deep expertise in libraries, components, variables, FigJam, and Buzz</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have built and governed enterprise design systems</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a strong command of Atomic Design, responsive design, web design, and user experience principles</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are an expert in typography, layout,…
