You will serve as the technical authority on cloud architecture and operations, guiding the evolution of our AWS-first infrastructure while maintaining governance, security, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure our infrastructure supports mission-critical solutions including CXOne, IEX/WFM, and other enterprise platforms, while setting enterprise standards and mentoring senior technical leaders.</p> <p class="s6"><strong><span class="s5">Core Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <p class="s8"><span class="s7">Enterprise Architecture & Strategy</span></p> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Define and communicate enterprise-wide cloud infrastructure strategy, architectural vision, and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives</div> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Establish enterprise architectural standards, reference architectures, and design patterns for cloud-based infrastructure</div> <div class="s10">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Lead architecture reviews across infrastructure domains; drive architectural excellence and risk mitigation</div> <p class="s8"><span class="s7">Cloud Infrastructure Operations & Product Support</span></p> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Define and oversee global networking strategy: VPC design patterns, transit gateway governance, multi-account network architecture, and hybrid connectivity</div> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Establish compute and container orchestration standards (EC2, ECS, EKS) ensuring operational readiness for product workloads</div> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Establish enterprise Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards and governance using Terraform, CloudFormation, and GitHub</div> <p class="s8"><span class="s7">Security, Compliance & DevSecOps</span></p> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Define enterprise security model and zero-trust architecture; oversee security architecture assessments</div> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Govern identity and access management (IAM) strategies across multi-account AWS and multi-subscription Azure environments</div> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Set enterprise security standards including network security (WAF, Shield, GuardDuty), secrets management, encryption, and audit frameworks</div> <div class="s10">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Drive DevSecOps<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>practices and integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins)</div> <p class="s8"><span class="s7">Technical Leadership & Mentorship</span></p> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Mentor Cloud Architects and senior technical leaders; build and develop architectural capability across teams</div> <div class="s11">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Provide executive communication and thought leadership on cloud infrastructure strategy and technical roadmap</div> <p class="s6"><span class="s5">Required Skills & Experience</span></p> <p class="s8"><span class="s7">Experience & Background</span></p> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>12+ years in technology/cloud architecture; 7+ years specifically in AWS cloud architecture at scale</div> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing mission-critical, high-availability systems in production AWS environments</div> <div class="s10">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Proven track record of enterprise architecture leadership, setting standards, and driving adoption across large technical teams</div> <p class="s8"><span class="s7">AWS & Cloud Infrastructure</span></p> <div class="s9">•<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>AWS Certified…
