Job Summary The Press Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate completion of print jobs. Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00 - 8:30pm Hourly Pay Range: $22 - $26 USD

What You'll Do... • Set up and operate printing presses based on job requirements. • Review job tickets and specifications to ensure correct materials, ink, and settings. • Monitor press during production to maintain color consistency and print quality. • Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues. • Mix and manage ink colors to match client specifications. • Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Record production data and maintain accurate logs. • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. • Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous printing or press operation experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
