<h4>Opportunity:</h4> <p>Brunswick Group is seeking a talented and highly motivated Presentation Designer with established professional experience to join our global design team. This role is responsible for creating high-quality presentations and visual communications that support both internal stakeholders and external clients across a wide range of industries and sectors. This role will report to the IMEA Design Manager based in Dubai.</p> <p>Working closely with colleagues across multiple markets and disciplines, you will play an important role in transforming complex information into compelling, visually engaging, and client-ready materials. The ideal candidate combines exceptional PowerPoint expertise with strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p> <h4>About The Role</h4> <ul> <li>This role will be a global support for the Brunswick global design team and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Supporting the global design team and client-facing colleagues in developing impactful presentations and visual communications for a diverse range of clients and accounts.</li> <li>Create and maintain high-quality, on-brand presentation materials that align with Brunswick’s visual identity and formatting standards.</li> <li>Transform content created by non-designers into polished, professional, client-ready communications.</li> <li>Design a variety of internal and external collateral, including: <ul> <li>Presentations</li> <li>Infographics and factsheets</li> <li>Reports and publications</li> <li>Digital and social media graphics</li> <li>E-cards and marketing materials</li> <li>Basic animations and motion graphics</li> </ul> </li> <li>Produce creative work using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office applications across both PC and Mac platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams, seniority levels, and international offices.</li> <li>Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.</li> <li>Stay informed on emerging design trends, presentation best practices, and new creative technologies.<br><br></li> </ul> <h4>What We're Looking For</h4> <p>Knowledge & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years' experience creating presentations in a consulting, agency, professional services, or corporate environment.</li> <li>Exceptional PowerPoint skills, including the creation, editing, and implementation of presentation templates.</li> <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual communication, and creative problem-solving capabilities.</li> <li>Proven ability to create visually engaging presentations under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Experience building, formatting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Word templates and documents.</li> <li>Strong understanding of image formats, file optimization, and best practices for presentation design.</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.</li> <li>Working knowledge of print production processes.</li> <li>Relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.</li> </ul> <p>Skills & Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
