What you’ll own
Lead large scale, fast paced change engagements, required to get up to speed on complex change immediately.
Manage and maintain effective cross functional relationships across large projects including Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Risk and Compliance
Deliver successful change against defined benefits
Manage project budgets and resource assignments ensuring budget allocation is adhered to
Hold project team members accountable as to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, within an efficient manner
Contribute to divisional revenue, EBITDA and forecasting objectives.
Make timely, informed decisions and communicate rationale with factual accuracy and clarity to stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues throughout Globalpayments.
Demonstrate technical competence in assigned delivery
Actively pursue opportunities to develop expertise and drive innovation.
Effectively pursue and apply best practices to advance business and company goals.
Desire for continuous improvement while seeking opportunities to grow the business, adding value and maximizing profit.
Understand and adhere to Worldpay policies and procedures, as well as governing laws and regulations.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you’ll bring
Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
In-depth knowledge and expertise of the assigned practice area and related business
In-depth knowledge of financial services industry and related practice specialty
Strong financial management and planning skills
Requires long-term vision and executive presence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making processes and decisions related to job tasks
Requires excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
Proven success in building relationships
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
Willing to travel 10% or as needed

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $119,000.00-$179,750.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
