Manage tenant settings (e.g., data integration, capacity quotas, updates) to ensure platform health and performance.

• Microsoft 365 Copilot Administration: Serve as the administrator for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Copilot and Agent in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center) and Copilot Studio (Power Platform Admin Center) within the organization. Configure and manage Copilot features and settings according to business needs and policy (enabling/disabling capabilities, managing authorized user access). • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation for platform configurations, administrative procedures, and usage guidelines. Contribute to the internal knowledge base and runbooks for Power Platform and Copilot administration.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Identity and Access Management (Entra ID/Azure AD) administrators to ensure seamless integration of user provisioning and access controls. Partner with other members of the Infrastructure and Security teams to align platform settings with overall IT policies (such as data retention, incident response, and change management). Engage in regular change control processes for platform updates and communicate effectively with IT and business teams about any impacts.
