About the Role
GP Strategies is The Learning Velocity Company™—a global leader in workforce transformation helping the world’s largest organizations build capability, accelerate performance, and grow through their people. Our buyers are senior leaders in HR, Talent Development, and People & Culture at Fortune 500 companies across the US, UK, and Europe.
We are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of product marketing, technology storytelling, and GTM strategy, owning the go-to-market motion for GP AIQ+, our flagship AI-powered platform, and driving positioning across the broader AI and innovation portfolio.
This is a product marketing role for someone who thinks in positioning and launches, not just campaigns. You will architect the messaging, own the market narrative for AIQ+, stay close to the product roadmap, and partner with Digital, Content, and Sales teams to bring it all to market. You operate independently and connect every asset you touch to a clear strategic purpose. If you have marketed complex technology products to enterprise buyers and you write with precision and strategic intent, this role was built for you.
