This role requires a dedicated professional to provide impeccable poolside service, ensuring guests receive a luxurious and safe experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in the pool area.

Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and assist guests using the pool facilities
Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel policies
Provide prompt and courteous service, responding to guest requests efficiently
Manage the cleanliness and presentation of the pool area, including furniture and surroundings
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address any pool-related issues
Inform guests about pool hours, hotel amenities, and safety guidelines
Support the delivery of an exceptional luxury guest experience at all times
Requirements
Proven experience as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role at a luxury hotel or resort
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with luxury service standards and protocols
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus
Must be currently in UAE
