1. Loyalty / Rewards Programme Executive or Specialist
Look for candidates from banks, insurance, airlines, hospitality, retail, e commerce or payment companies.

2. CRM / Customer Experience Executive
Good if they have managed CRM campaigns or customer platforms and dealt with operational issues.

3. Marketing Operations / Campaign Operations
Can work if they are operational and analytical rather than purely creative marketing.
