As a Plant Manager - Heavy Industry your responsibilities will include:

* Work together with production, maintenance, supply chain and QHSE managers in order to improve efficiency and improve production scheme ; * Manage cost and operational excellence by making sure production meets the demand * Liaise with the different sites in order to discuss best practices around automation, continuous improvement, health and safety ; * Bringing innovation and change management mentality across N-1 and cascade down the vision to all levels ; * Relate with the supply chain teams to make sure the delivery of the products are in line with the channels' objectives ; * Manage relationships with work councils.
