Are you passionate about transforming financial data into actionable business insights? At Envalior, we're looking for a Plant Controller to support our production site at Beekerveld and play a key role in driving operational and financial excellence.
As a Plant Controller, you will be part of the Operations Control team for PM/SM, working closely with operational and business stakeholders to enhance performance and create value across the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering clear and reliable cost overviews
Driving an accurate and complete monthly closing process
Preparing and analyzing forecasts related to Operations, including manufacturing variances, price variances, and inventory results
Supporting the budgeting process, including product costing activities
Leading continuous improvement initiatives in Operations reporting, with a strong focus on digitalization and automation
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
0–3 years of professional experience.
Strong leadership potential and capability.
Background in Finance, with experience in financial or commercial controlling.
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Resilient and able to manage periodic workload peaks and changing priorities.
