Pickup Service Specialist

About this role

• Assist with daily pickup scheduling and dispatch coordination

• Follow up on pickup status and report delays or issues

• Communicate with drivers and customers regarding basic pickup updates

• Assist with pickup arrangements for key customers

• Help handle basic pickup issues and escalate when needed

• Maintain pickup records and update operational information

• Support communication between warehouse, transportation, and other teams

• Assist with daily operational tasks and peak season support

• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

• Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English

• Supervisor: 60k-75k + Bonus / Specialist: 21-25/hr +1.5OT +Bonus
