Pickup Operations Specialist/Supervisor

About this role

Coordinate daily pickup schedules and support dispatch operations
Monitor pickup SLA performance and follow up on delayed or failed pickups
Communicate with drivers and customers regarding pickup status and operational updates
Support pickup operations for large-volume and key account customers
Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions
Assist with pickup route optimization and operational efficiency improvements
Track and maintain pickup operational records and KPI reports
Support pickup cost tracking and operational data analysis
Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth operational execution
Assist with peak season operational support and capacity coordination
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or operations support preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Supervisor: 60k-75k + Bonus / Specialist: 21-25/hr +1.5OT +Bonus
