We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic in Paris, Kentucky. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you'll find a collaborative environment where your professional growth and patient care are equally valued. At H2 Health Paris, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, sports medicine, and workers' compensation patients. Our clinic offers opportunities to develop specialty interests while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. Your Role: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program. Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification, where applicable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
