Our established outpatient physical therapy clinic in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our collaborative rehabilitation team. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
Performance Incentives
Monthly RVU-based bonus averaging $500–$2,000
Additional Incentive
Up to $50,000 Sign-On and/or Relocation Bonus for qualified candidates

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic modalities
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Promote patient safety, injury prevention, and long-term functional independence
Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care
Preferred
Outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation experience
Manual therapy experience

Requirements
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S. only; excludes Puerto Rico)
Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
