What is the Role?

CAMP is seeking charismatic Performers - Activity Guide / Play Experts for a large-scale, family-friendly Immersive Bluey x CAMP collaboration in our Aventura New Location! This show will feature scripted dialogue as well as improvised material, while engaging with kids and families in a 5000 sq ft space.

Performer - Activity Guide / Play Expert in the Bluey Experience role:

• Engage with kids and families in a warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic manner.

• Execute guided programming and activities designed for children and families.

• Learn, memorize, and deliver scripts to ensure consistent storytelling and guest experience.

• Facilitate play-based experiences that encourage imagination, creativity, and participation.

• Maintain energy and enthusiasm while interacting with children, caregivers, and groups.

• Open and close the experience space, including daily setup, safety checks, and end-of-day breakdown.

• Uphold cleanliness and tidiness by performing ongoing cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting play areas.

• Support safety protocols to ensure a secure and inclusive environment for all guests.

• Adapt programming to different age groups, group sizes, and individual needs.

• Assist with crowd flow and line management to keep experiences running smoothly.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver seamless experiences.
