Reporting&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Director, Global&nbsp;HRBP&nbsp;you&nbsp;will be instrumental in helping scale our growing team by&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;top talent and ensuring smooth HR operations. This is a&nbsp;dual focus&nbsp;role with&nbsp;responsibilities flexing between recruitment and people administration based on business needs, with a particular emphasis on supporting Poland and the UK.&nbsp; </div> <div> <h3>How You'll Make An Impact</h3> <ul> <li>People Administration Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Support payroll consolidation processes in collaboration with external vendors.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage local employment contracts, documentation, and HR records in line with GDPR and local regulations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support health and safety compliance efforts in line with local regulations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Track and manage employee absences and leave requests.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support across HR processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure HR operations run smoothly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Champion employer…
