To strengthen our People & Culture team, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Operations Expert (f/m/d) who lives operational excellence, further develops HR services, and acts as a subject matter expert for our HR processes and our HR system HiBob.

In this role, you will be the central interface between HR Operations, managers, and employees. You will ensure a high level of service quality, optimize processes, and actively develop our HR operations landscape.

MISSION & CHALLENGES

- Ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensuring efficient HR services across the entire employee lifecycle

- Acting as the central point of contact for managers and employees on HR operational topics

- Functional ownership of the HR system HiBob (configuration, optimization, data quality)

- Analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes

- Preparation of reports and close collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners

- Contribution to HR projects such as process automation and system enhancements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWARD TO

- Several years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Services

- Strong hands-on experience with the HR system HiBob and across the employee lifecycle

- Structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven way of working

- High affinity for systems and data, with strong analytical thinking

- Strong communication skills and confident presence

- Very good German and good English skills

- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for continuously improving HR services
