AV operates as a 5-day-a-week, in-office culture because collaboration, mentorship, and shared momentum matter.</span></p></div><h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong><em> </em></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">At AV, we believe exceptional people experiences are critical to building and maintaining a strong, high-performing company.  We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and execution-oriented People & Culture Manager to help shape that experience as we scale.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role is equal parts people experience strategist, trusted coach, culture builder, and operational partner. You’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer and leaders across the organization to build programs, processes, and experiences that strengthen engagement, elevate leadership, and support a collaborative, high-performing culture.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role will have a meaningful impact on how AV scales its culture, develops leaders, and supports employees through growth and change, helping shape the experiences, partnerships, and foundations that define how people experience work at AV every day</span>. </p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The person in this role would also travel to the Manchester, NH office twice a month.  </span></p> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </span></h3> <p><strong>Employee Experience & Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Shape and continuously improve the employee journey across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through development, engagement, and retention</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design onboarding experiences that help new hires feel connected, productive, and immersed in AV’s culture from day one</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead engagement initiatives including pulse surveys, feedback programs, recognition efforts, and culture-building experiences</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with leaders to strengthen team health, communication, collaboration, and overall employee engagement</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a trusted and approachable partner to employees and managers, balancing empathy with sound judgment and business perspective</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help reinforce and scale the cultural foundations that make AV a strong place to grow and do great work</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership Support & Talent Development</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness, coaching capabilities, and team performance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support performance conversations, growth planning, and manager enablement with thoughtful  guidance, coaching and scalable resources</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help build scalable learning and development programs that support employee growth and career progression</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate trainings, workshops, and team development sessions that align with AV’s evolving needs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to talent and organizational planning efforts as AV continues to grow</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>People Processes & Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with the CPO to design, implement, and evolve People programs, policies, and processes…
