This is a full-time position with anticipated schedule being Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST, with occasional shifts of 9:00am-6:00pm PST to serve families needing later appointment times. Candidates must be willing to be licensed in Washington along with other states as needed. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role. Quarterly travel may be required for regional team meetings and in-person collaboration.

What You’ll Do

As part of the multidisciplinary team, the Pediatric Dietitian provides clinical nutrition services for pediatric patients with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions. The Pediatric Dietitian will assess the nutritional needs of patients, develop and implement nutritional care plans, and communicate information to those in need in a manner developmentally appropriate for the ages of the patients served.

In this role you will:

• Provide age-appropriate diet education to support the nutritional care plan and assess the learning needs for all patients and families

• Analyze growth trends, including z-scores, to prevent malnutrition, failure to thrive, growth faltering, and to identify excessive weight gain

• Design individualized, feasible nutrition care plans that accommodate food preferences, allergies, financial constraints, and are realistic for families to implement
