As Payroll Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations while contributing to continuous improvements across processes and systems.

Your responsibilities include:

* Managing payroll activities from A to Z for a diverse employee population. * Ensuring accurate processing of payroll inputs, salary calculations and statutory obligations. * Acting as a key contact for payroll, compensation and social legislation-related questions. * Monitoring legislative developments and ensuring compliance with Belgian labour and social security regulations. * Collaborating with HR, Finance and external partners to ensure smooth payroll operations. * Preparing reports and analyses to support business decisions. * Contributing to payroll optimisation, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives. * Supporting audits and payroll-related control activities.
