Account specific roles and responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
Review and verify employee timesheets, attendance, overtime, and leave records.
Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
Process new hires, employee status changes, and direct deposits in the payroll system.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers
Requirements
At least 6 months of Payroll experience
Accounts Payable experience is an advantage
BPO experience is a PLUS
Proficient in using MS Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
