As a Product Manager in the U.S. Virtual Solutions Product Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities

Define and execute end‑to‑end product strategy and vision for U.S. Virtual Solutions, which is anchored to customer value, revenue, and profitability goals

Lead discovery and market research; synthesize insights into the roadmap and investment theses

Develop and prioritize the Regional product backlog to deliver the strategic roadmap and value proposition

Establish a measurement framework and KPIs; track costs, adoption, risk posture, reliability, and outcomes

Identify, validate, and scale high‑value use cases with cross‑functional partners (Sales, Client Service, Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Legal, Controls)

Review product financials and performance trends; partner with Finance to diagnose drivers and course‑correct

Analyze product, client, and operational data to surface insights and inform prioritization and trade‑offs

Lead end‑to‑end issue triage and resolution for client and operational matters; capture learnings and implement preventive actions

Track and report incoming inquiries; build reporting that illuminates U.S. market performance and stakeholder needs

Communicate priorities, progress, and impact via clear, concise, executive‑ready materials and presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfort mining and interpreting data

Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions to drive results

Persistence in determining root cause and engaging stakeholders to drive resolution

Proven ability to organize projects, advance product use cases, and drive to closure

Strong communication and influence skills; clear, executive‑ready written and verbal communication

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

Experience with payments, treasury services, or account/virtual account products

Familiarity with product financials, management reporting, executive presentations, performance reporting
