* Oversee payment operations, reconciliation processes, exception handling, and incident management.
* Ensure critical transactions are executed accurately, on time, and in line with operational controls.
* Define and optimize operational processes, KPIs, governance models, and reporting frameworks.
* Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and external partners to deliver high-quality services and continuous improvements.
* Drive operational resilience, business continuity planning, and regulatory readiness, including DORA-related initiatives.
* Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
* Act as the operational owner for key payment and transaction services, ensuring strong service delivery and stakeholder alignment.
