Patient Coordinator Lead | Full-Time | Corporate | South Florida

We're looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator Lead to support and strengthen our outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout South Florida. In this leadership role, you'll help ensure operational excellence by coaching Patient Coordinators, providing front desk support, and fostering a welcoming, patient-centered environment across multiple clinic locations.
This position supports H2 Health's growing network of outpatient clinics, including locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Melbourne, West Melbourne, Indian Harbour Beach, Tampa, Brandon, and St. Petersburg. You'll partner closely with clinic leaders to maintain consistent front office operations, deliver outstanding customer service, train team members on best practices, and provide coverage where needed. Travel throughout the South Florida region is a regular part of this role.
Your Role
Lead, coach, and support Patient Coordinators across multiple outpatient clinics.
Train new team members on front office processes, scheduling, registration, and patient service standards.
Provide front desk coverage as needed throughout the South Florida region.
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience.
Coordinate patient scheduling, insurance verification, and registration.
Maintain accurate patient records and demographic information.
Monitor and report weekly clinic metrics to leadership.
Collaborate with clinic directors and administrative leaders to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure consistency with H2 Health policies, procedures, and service expectations.
Support a professional, welcoming, and team-oriented clinic environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous healthcare administrative, medical office, or patient coordinator experience required.
Prior leadership, supervisory, or team training experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly throughout South Florida outpatient clinics.
CPR certification is a plus.
