ThePatientand Site SolutionsEnablementProjectManagerleadsand drivescomplex interactionsandoversees the successful implementation and adoption of newprocessespertaining todata and technology innovation activities lead by our department. This role is influentialacrossbothinternal and externalstakeholdersand ensures thatessentialdevelopmentactivitiesare delivered meetingstipulatedrequirementsfor our business processes. The Patientand Site Solutions EnablementProjectManager leadsimplementationactivities fornew technologyand processes, acting as an expert conduit between the functional SMEs, the selectedvendorsand our technical teams. This role requiresexperienced matrix management leadership to ensureoptimalcollaboration withfunctional expertsin other departments.

The impact of the role spansour end-to-end process – starting withour ability to differentiate using feasibility to increase NBA andthrough aseamless, data driven and technology-enabled site selection process in awarded projects. The Patientand Site Solutions EnablementProjectManager willensureWorldwide stakeholdersgainmaximalbenefitsfrom newly developed and deployedtechnologies. This role will ensure theROIexpectations are achieved forthe solutionsthe team isbuilding andutilizing-enhancingteam efficiency and improvingtechnology adoption.As a Systemandprocess SME, thePatientand Site Solutions EnablementProjectManager willhave deep knowledge of core strategy tools, systems andtheir associatedworkflow andis responsible forensuring process optimization and training, supporting multi-stakeholderdiscussions and change management activities.

ThePatientand Site Solutions EnablementProjectManager mustunderstandtheend-to-endprocessesused by the feasibility teamsandact as an expert in interactions amongst stakeholders -able to influence the team globally throughgood communicationand organization skills.

Strong analytical skills are a pre-requisite to the role to allowcollationandpresentation ofperformance metricsfor the core activities in our departmentto senior leadership.

What you will do

• An experiencedSME in Feasibility systems and processes– this role will driveteam adoption, consistencyof useand efficiency.Systems will include but arenot limited to:Worldwide’sinvestigator surveytool,Feasibilityintelligence platform, scenariomodellingand reforecastingtool.

• Lead andengagecollaboratively andeffectively withmultipleotherinternalstakeholder SMEs for other clinical system dependenciesas well as with external vendors, managing relationshipsas well asoverseeingtechnicalactivitiesveingdelivered by vendors under contract.

• Organisationof data, metrics and function-specific training materials as well as creating a library of proposal-ready capabilities materials including content for our end-to-end feasibility process and technology platform andpatientand site engagement solutions.

• Leadthe development and roll-out oftraining & communicationactivitiesforFeasibilitysystemsand act as a singlepointof escalationfor issueidentification and resolution

• Oversee,driveand enableactivities connected to the development of newsystems in developmentin conjunction withPatientand Site Solutions teamleadership.Collaborate with other internal and externalstakeholders during the identification, configuration, implementation, and support / maintenance of their solution(s) within the business

• Manage activities ofexternalvendorsin line with agreedscope,tocommunicate new system requirementsand configurationsfrom a business perspectiveandresolve issueswhen they arise.

• Successfully deliver theintegrationof new processesanddriveinnovation of our toolsacross theproposaland deliveryprocessesincludingstandalone feasibility consultancy activities.

• Be a coreinfluencerand expert communicator ensuringcollaboration across multipleinternalstakeholder groups andfacilitateeffectivecommunication internally and externally with vendors andoursponsors.
