Location: Nationwide Remote. Work from anywhere in the U.S. with the flexibility of a modern, remote-first law firm. Hybrid arrangements may also be available for candidates near select office locations. Note: Applicants must have 2+ years of substantial, direct patent litigation experience. We are seeking attorneys whose practice has been focused primarily on patent litigation, not candidates with only occasional exposure as part of a broader litigation practice. Represent clients in all phases of complex patent litigation.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.

Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.

Manage fact discovery, expert discovery, and document review.

Prepare for depositions, hearings, claim construction, and trial.

Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy.

Analyze technical and legal issues involving intellectual property.

Support PTAB proceedings and related patent matters as applicable.

Qualifications

Active bar license in any U.S. state.

2+ years of direct patent litigation experience.

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Experience managing litigation responsibilities in federal court.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

PTAB experience is a plus but not required.
