Requirements Proven experience as a Pastry Commis or similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or reputable bakery. Basic knowledge of pastry and cake preparation techniques. Strong attention to detail and passion for cake decoration and presentation. Ability to work efficiently under supervision in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
