Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef - CDP (Chef de Partie) to join the team at one of our prestigious clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Pastry Chef - CDP, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your exceptional pastry skills and be a part of the culinary team responsible for creating exquisite desserts and pastries for the Royal Family and their distinguished guests.
We are looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Chef - CDP who can work under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef to design and execute a wide range of pastries and desserts, including cakes, chocolates, tarts, and more. Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing presentations is crucial for this role.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience working as a Pastry Chef - CDP in high-end establishments or luxury hotels. A strong foundation in classic pastry techniques, as well as knowledge of modern trends and techniques, is essential. Experience in catering to VIP clients or working in prestigious environments is highly preferred.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef - CDP in high-end establishments or luxury hotels
Specialization in pastry and desserts
Strong knowledge of classic pastry techniques and modern trends
Experience in catering to VIP clients or working in prestigious environments is highly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing presentations
Ability to work under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef and as part of a team
Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules as required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to stay in the shared Staff Accommodation provided by the Palace
Must be in UAE at present
