Partnership manager (Romanian market)

Hello! We're Abakus School — we're a leading international school of mental arithmetic and cognitive development for children aged 5–12, blending online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach.
We're growing and looking for a Partnership Manager (Romanian Market) to join our team.
We need a proactive, results-driven person who knows how to build long-term partnerships with schools and educational institutions — and genuinely help them find the right solution for their students.

Partnership managment role requires to:

• Maintain and develop communication with current partners across Romania.

• Attract potential school partners (public and private): calls, emails, and online meetings with decision-makers.

• Present our products and educational programs, negotiate, and conclude partnership agreements.

• Keep partner information accurate and up to date.

• Represent the company at educational exhibitions, seminars, and other events.

• Contribute to the growth of the Romanian direction: expanding the partner network and achieving measurable business goals.

• Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training session
Requirements

• Native-level Romanian (because you'll work with Romanian clients and partners).

• Working-level English or Russian (for internal communication with the team and manager).

• Experience from 1 year in B2B sales, partnership management, or education.

• Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or the public sector is a plus.

• Interculturally aware, with an understanding of the Romanian education system and business customs.

• Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms.

• Proactive, self-organized, and comfortable working fully remotely.

• Stress-resistant — the sales cycle is long, and decisions are made at multiple levels.

• Additional plus: you have contacts and aquaintances in the Romanian educational environment and you are ready for occasional business trips within the country (school visits, exhibitions).
Benefits
What we offer:

• Working days from Monday to Friday, working hours approximately 9:00–16:00 (5–6 working hours per day),

• Salary of €700/month fixed + €200 bonus for task completion (gross).

• Fully remote role in a supportive, mission-driven team.

• We offer a collaborative service agreement as a contract.
