Primary point of contact for AMCP, and coordination of financial reporting to AMCP. The job may contribute to important strategies, operations, and business decisions that affect the department.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Take over programs once sold by reps and manage them from signed agreement to completion.</p> <p>Field smaller inbound leads for select accounts – typically opportunities under $15,000 (low pressure sales).</p> <p>Manage programs sold by sales team related to AMCP.</p> <p>Engage in meetings with AMCP.</p> <p>Adherence to program parameters and SOPs.</p> <p>Organize and carry out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions or previous training.</p> <p>Own communication with the AMCP and make decisions during discussions with the teams. When needed make decisions and modifications on the fly (i.e. a pricing or timing reduction/increase for a sold program).</p> <p>Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Level Competencies</strong></p> <p>Extensive knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts. Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.</p> <p>Develops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations and/or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables. Determine the best approach to achieve results and provide suggestions to improve policies and procedures.</p> <p>Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Work may be reviewed at a high level.</p> <p>May represent the organization as primary contact on assignments and/or projects. Interacts with senior professionals and management and frequently coordinates work between departments or organizations.</p> <p>Actions may impact on the organization. Failure to accomplish work will result in the inability to reach crucial organizational goals. Erroneous decisions may have a prolonged effect resulting in the expenditure of substantial resources.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Typical experience: 5+ years in related role or experience.</p> <p>Managed Care Pharmacy experience.</p> <p>Client relationship management.</p> <p>Project management experience.</p> <p>Strong communication skills.</p> <p>Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.</p> <p>Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Education: University degree preferred.</p> <p>Working Conditions & Physical Demands</p> </div> <div><strong>The role is classified as an individual contributor position. </strong></div> <div> </div> <div>The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time based on the needs of the business.</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Empower your impact at Cision.
