Part-Time Senior HR Executive (Payroll) #HZO

About this role

Location: AMK
Working Hours: 3 days/ week
Duration: 2-3 months
Salary: $2-3K (Depending on working hours)
Job Scope:

• Full payroll cycle (using INFOTECH)

• Leave management (using INFOTECH)

• Submission of relevant information to government bodies e.g. CPF, MOM etc

• Tax submission / claim submission for childcare - on 1 March (may or may not needed since it is in March)

• Benefits and health insurance management

• Some office / admin management

• End to end employee cycle e.g. on boarding, off boarding

• Recruitment admin e.g. advertise post, arrangement for interviews etc, etc
Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in HR or any relevant field

• Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in HR payroll functions

• Experienced in using INFOTECH system
