**Paletten Roels BV**, located in **Lokeren**, is a growing family-owned company specialized in the production, repair and recycling of wooden pallets. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **motivated Pallet Repair Operator**.

Do you enjoy practical work, like working with your hands, and aren't afraid of physical work? Then you might be the colleague we're looking for!

Your responsibilities

* Repair damaged wooden pallets according to our quality standards.
* Replace broken boards and blocks using a **pneumatic nail gun**.
* Inspect repaired pallets to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
* Sort pallets by type and quality.
* Keep your workplace clean, organized and safe.
* Work together with your colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
