Paid Social Manager (Meta Ads) — Remote

About this role

What you'll do

• Set up and launch Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for agency clients

• Daily monitoring of ad accounts: budgets, statuses, flags/bans, account health checks

• Manage and optimize live campaigns — testing audiences, offers, and creatives

• Run multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Report and analyze performance metrics: CPL, CQL, CAC, CTR, CPM

• Brief designers/copywriters on creatives, and independently edit/assemble simple creatives yourself

• Use AI tools in daily work: generating and testing creatives, ad copywriting, data/reporting analysis, automating routine tasks

• Set up Conversions API, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations

• Communicate with clients in English on campaign results and strategy

Requirements

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above, written and spoken: our clients are English-speaking

• 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (agency experience is a strong plus)

• Proven track record in lead generation

• Solid understanding and practical use of CPL / CQL / CAC / CTR / CPM

• Experience managing several ad accounts at once

• Required: hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude or similar — for creatives, copywriting, analysis, automation)

• Required: design skills — comfortable with Canva/Figma/Photoshop, good visual sense, able to touch up a creative yourself or give clear feedback to a designer

• Self-driven: you test hypotheses on your own rather than waiting for instructions on every step

Nice to have

• Google Ads / TikTok Ads

• Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar), GTM/GA4

• A portfolio with case studies (budget → leads → CPL)

Terms

• Format: full-time, remote

• Rate: $1,200/month + KPI bonuses based on results
