Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In this role, you ensure that the packaging department operates smoothly from start to finish.

* **Prepare and organize the daily packaging activities.**
* Guide employees and distribute tasks across the team.
* **Keep a close eye on product quality,** hygiene and safety procedures.
* Follow up on packaging orders and coordinate priorities.
* Act quickly when technical or operational issues occur.
* Look for practical ways to improve efficiency on the production floor.
* Maintain clear **communication with production planning** and finished goods storage.
* **Keep the Production Manager informed** about progress and possible challenges.
* Help introduce and optimize the use of **MES and ERP systems** within the department.
