We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.</p> <p>Forge & Build is hiring an <strong>Outside Sales Representative</strong> at our rental facility in <strong>Baraboo, WI</strong>, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.</p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM</p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Single point contact that will Present and sell Forge + Build products and services.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Understands and maintains knowledge of all product services</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Build and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, builders, developers, homeowners, etc.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for all segments of the POS systems related to selling materials</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Facilitates and fosters store partnership and collaboration within internal clients</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for effective and timely communication information to store/internal client </li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Develops and provides action items to improve issues with a sense of urgency.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Produces accurate and timely quotes through all product lines and follow up with customers</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Continuously builds and grows customer clients through developing and maintaining great customer experience </li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for collecting payment for invoices after sale from customers within reasonable expected payment terms. </li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for continuously maintaining and understanding changes within the product lines to ensure product capabilities and accuracy of information</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Responsible for constantly reviewing and analyzing data metrics to help develop and grow the business </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
