We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support user acquisition, develop new partnerships, and maintain long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential users and partners.

- Build relationships with local communities, agencies, and influencers.

- Develop user acquisition campaigns across social media channels.

- Support new users throughout the onboarding process.

- Track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up to date with local market trends and audience behavior.

Requirements:

- Experience in business development, user acquisition, partnerships, or community management.

- Good understanding of the local digital market and social media platforms.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Fluency in Spanish and English.

- Ability to work independently and focus on measurable results.

- Confidence working with data and performance metrics.
